By applying to a P A U SE Conscious PopUp edition, the brand must pay a full participation fee + VAT – according to the invoice settings.
P A U S E Fashion Hub will go through the brand profile and decide if the brand is suitable for the P A U S E Conscious Pop-Up edition, based on the aesthetics, audience, season location, and venue.
If the brand is accepted to be part of the P A U S E Conscious Pop-Up edition, P A U S E will send a contract to the brand to formalize the participation..
If P A U S E decides that the brand is not suitable for the P A U S E Conscious Pop-Up edition, the participation fee + VAT paid will be refunded to the brand.
Bring and pick it up yourself or send it by courier. The brand should deliver and pick up the merchandise by courier on time at the location under a previous agreement. All costs and risks involved in the delivery and pick up of the products are at the brand own expense.
Every brand collection to show at P A U S E Conscious Pop-Up will have a maximum of 20 items that we will help to curate for our event plus 10 pieces of stock for best sellers in different sizes and colors.
P A U S E will present your products attractively to ensure that the total display arouses interest.
P A U S E will produce a Live fashion editorial Photoshooting, Talks, special evenings, performances, and shows to create the most attractive atmosphere to show, promote and sell your designs.
P A U S E will train a team of style advisors to tell the brand story, concept and highlight the beauty of each design. As P A U S E Conscious Pop-Up is a B2C experience, the store is managed by P A U S E and it's sales team.
P A U S E will be checking out each sale made in the store.
After the end of the P A U S E Conscious Pop-Up edition, the brand will get their sales status and payment. Percentages for POS and commissions will be deducted from the sales price before we transfer the final payment.
